Liz trained at Newcastle and has over 30 years experience in the catering industry, catering for 4 to 5000 customers in some of the country's top catering establishments.
During the past four years Liz has transformed Horsley Hall, catering for weddings, private parties, dinner parties, conferences, shooting parties and opening to non-residents for morning coffee, lunches, afternoon teas and evening dinner.
