Cookery courses at Horsley Hall are run by the proprietor of Horsley Hall, Liz Curry M.H.C.I.M.A.
The courses take place in our well-equipped professional kitchens with all the up to date equipment including an Aga.
Demonstrations are limited to 10 delegates seated around the central island of the main kitchen. Hands on practical sessions are limited to 8 delegates using the main kitchen areas. The Baronial Hall is used for larger demonstration days for up to 50 guests.
Courses can be arranged for corporate entertaining evenings, birthdays or anniversary celebrations with a difference. Our gift vouchers are a unique idea for the cooking enthusiast.
